Unique to the micropigmentation industry, the PMT/Permark color chart was produced with a special printing process called "direct deposit" printing. Each of the 52 shades in the PMT/Permark pigment line was "color matched" to a printing lacquer in the same shade. "While this printing process is more time-consuming and costly than conventional printing, we know how important color selection is to our customers. Conventional printing cannot duplicate actual pigment colors so customers, using charts printed in a conventional fashion, are forced to take a "hit or miss" approach to color selection. We want our customers to have more control over their color purchases. The color they choose from the PMT/Permark chart is the color they will receive," said Joseph Cooperstein, President of Permark. "This tool allows them to get an almost exact match."
