Position Summary:
Customer Service Rep will answer incoming telephone calls, assist customers in placing orders, and assist customers with product questions. Qualifications: excellent communication skills, able to answer multi-line phone system, knowledge of computer applications, prior customer service experience preferred.
Production and Cleanroom Technicians
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing the everyday activities of the production environment. (Note: Cleanroom technician positions are in a cleanroom environment). They manufacture sub-assemblies and finished medical devices for stocking purposes or per specified orders. Manufacturing technicians are responsible for manufacturing their respective products per documented procedures and processes and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment per FDA and ISO standards. Qualifications: Previous manufacturing and/or cleanroom experience preferred, Good organizational and communication skills.
Inside Sales Representative
Position Summary:
We are seeking a leader to sell our full line of Medical devices, Surgical Instruments, and accessories. You will be responsible for 75 outbound calls per day minimum, assisting the marketing team, and putting together mailers to customers. Qualifications: Motivated, take-charge sales professional that does not mind cold calling. 1-year minimum Inside Sales or Telemarketing experience.

Bachelor's degree is required. No experience in Medical Sales is necessary.
